      Below, I described the entire process of remodeling from the inception until completion:

1) Pre-construction services:

•  Meeting the client

• Understanding client project/scope of work.

• Taking necessary measurements, photo.

• Collecting association rules, regulations, and requirements for contractors.

2) Design phase:

• Working on budget estimate according to the client job requirements.

• Working on preliminary design.

• Getting approved on project budget.

• Collecting down payment for finalizing the architectural plans and Scope of Work.

• Getting involved the architect and cabinet designer.

• Meeting with the client for final details and design approval.

• Presenting 2 sets of plans ready for permitting.

3) Permitting phase:

• Signing the construction phase.

• Signing building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical permit, and Notice of Commencement.

• Collecting 50% down payment.

• Applying for master permit.

• Responding to possible plan corrections from the building department.

• Obtaining the Master permit.

4) Construction phase:

• Project commencement

• After 50% job progress we have done: demolition, clean-up.

• We passed the rough inspections for framing, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.

• Collect 40% progress payment.

• Drywall install and finishing

• Painting

• All floors installation.

• Kitchen cabinets and vanities installed.

• Install all designer accessories: stretched ceilings, wall paper, furniture, lighting fixtures, etc.

• Passing all final inspections.

• Collecting final payment.
